24/1/2005#0183;#32;Anyway, I am looking into buying a tabletop vertical mill. I have narrowed it down to two finalists. First, the sherline Model 5400 and secondly the Grizzly G8689. I am not sure of the quality and tolerances of the grizzly, but have heard very good things about the sherline, with tolerances of .0005 or more. This is fine for my small shop.
